It's a brand new year, and that means a new lineup of programming from Acorn TV – including the continuation of recent premieres like My Life is Murder and Hidden Assets.
Shows Continuing on Acorn TV in February 2026
My Life is Murder, Season 5
From murky aquarium dealings and cutthroat cheer squads to eerie dolls and a deadly island escape, Alexa Crowe (Lucy Lawless, Xena: Warrior Princess) faces some of her strangest investigations yet. As familiar adversaries reappear and buried truths emerge, the sharp-tongued sleuth is drawn into a case that hits closer to home and puts the people she cares about at risk.
Episodes will premiere as follows:
- February 2nd: Episode 5, “Thirteen O'Clock” – When a concrete gargoyle kills a man at a toy mogul's mansion, the prime suspect is a life-sized talking doll. As Alexa digs into the case, she uncovers a twisted family history, sinister secrets, and a killer who won't let her leave alive.
- February 9th: Episode 6, “Bad Chemistry” – Alexa and Madison look into the bizarre death of a brilliant chemistry student. They uncover academic rivalries and clues that point to Harry's hidden past, revealing a murderer protecting a breakthrough.
- February 16th: Episode 7, “The One That Got Away, Part 1” – A getaway in Fiji turns fatal when Alexa crosses paths with a killer who escaped justice years ago. Teaming up with her former partner Jesse, Alexa investigates a string of new victims, old wounds, and a case that threatens to repeat history.
- February 23rd: Episode 8 “The One That Got Away, Part 2” – Alexa races to solve the case amid continuing mayhem on the island. But as new secrets surface and a romantic twist clouds her judgment, Alexa realizes the killer has been close by all along and that she might be the next target.

The Graham Norton Show, Season 33
This popular British TV talk show returns with a guest lineup that includes Keira Knightley, Malala Yousafzai, Aimee Lou Wood, Chris McCausland, Mumford & Sons, and Hozier. New episodes continue to air on Fridays.
Hidden Assets, Season 3
This Irish-Belgian-Canadian crime drama follows Ireland’s Criminal Assets Bureau as it tracks dirty money from local drug raids to bombings and corruption networks stretching between County Clare and Antwerp, using financial forensics to dismantle high-level criminal enterprises. In the newest season, DS Claire Wallace (Nora-Jane Noone, The Ipcress File) and the CAB team are shaken when a case at home ends in tragedy and evidence connects it to a brutal killing in Spain, forcing them to work with Basque detectives to expose a sophisticated smuggling operation and a ruthless offender determined to stay hidden.
New episodes will continue as follows:
- February 2nd: Episode 3 – As Claire, Sean and the CAB team uncover the links between the Heaslip case and the Bilbao murders, a prime suspect is identified.
- February 9th: Episode 4 – DS Claire Wallace closes in on a key suspect in the Bilbao trafficking case, but with her team ordered home and a crucial witness in danger, time is running out to uncover the truth.
- February 16th: Episode 5 – Having uncovered the vital connection linking the Irish and Basque cases, Claire must establish if Bruno Torres is a suspect or victim and persuade him to help them catch Anto Pearse.
- February 9th: Episode 6 (FINALE) – When a sting operation goes awry, our team find themselves in a race against time to charge Pearse. But, a desperate and cornered Anto Pearse is a deadly proposition.

February 2nd Premieres
Rebus, Seasons 1-3 (Classic Version)
In Edinburgh, mercurial Detective Inspector John Rebus (Ken Stott, The Hobbit trilogy) pursues cases that take him from the city’s historic closes and grand terraces into its most dangerous backstreets. Based on the bestselling novels by Sir Ian Rankin, the series follows a detective whose sharp instincts and stubborn streak often put him at odds with both criminals and his own superiors. As he digs into organised crime, corruption and long-buried secrets, the contrast between Edinburgh’s elegance and its darker undercurrents is never far from view.

The Sinking of the Laconia
This two-part docudrama retells the 1942 sinking of the liner Laconia by a German U-boat, depicting the events through the experiences of six survivors.

The Last Anniversary (2025)
Adapted from the #1 New York Times–bestselling novel by Liane Moriarty and produced by the team behind Big Little Lies and Nine Perfect Strangers, this six-part drama follows Sophie Honeywell (Teresa Palmer, A Discovery of Witches, The Fall Guy), who inherits a house on a remote island and finds herself drawn into a tangle of long-buried family secrets. The cast also features Miranda Richardson (Good Omens) and Danielle Macdonald (The Tourist). Six episode binge premiere.

February 16th PremierES
Justice: Those Who Kill (2019, Danish)
Set in Copenhagen, this Nordic noir crime drama follows profiler Louise Bergstein as she investigates the execution-style murder of a young gang member. As the case unfolds, she’s pulled into a violent underworld where loyalty and revenge drive the killings. Natalie Madueño stars alongside Simon Sears, Tobias Santelmann, and Helle Fagralid.

February 23rd PremierES
The Family Next Door (2025)
Isabelle (Teresa Palmer, A Discovery of Witches, Warm Bodies) arrives in a quiet seaside cul-de-sac and becomes fixated on an unresolved mystery, her relentless probing gradually placing all four neighboring families under suspicion.
Episodes will air as follows in February:
- February 23rd, Episode 1 – As Isabelle arrives in Pleasant Court, local realtor and perfectionist, Ange soon suspects the mysterious visitor is not who she says she is.
Additional episodes will air in March, for a total of six episodes in season 1.
Canal Boat Diaries, Season 5
Videographer Robbie Cumming sets off on a 300-mile voyage across the Midlands and northern England, navigating a maze of canals aboard his narrowboat. As he travels through varied and often striking landscapes, he offers his own reflections on the journey and the day-to-day challenges of living afloat.
