Acorn TV Announces June 2025 Schedule

If you've been itching for a brand new series, June's Acorn TV lineup delivers – with a new art-themed mystery series and a reality show hosted by Jane Seymour. Below, we take a look at everything coming to the platform next month.
Shows Continuing on Acorn TV in June 2025
Murdoch Mysteries, Season 18
At the turn of the century, Detective William Murdoch (Yannick Bisson, Baking All the Way, Casino Jack) solves gruesome murders in Toronto using innovative techniques like fingerprinting, ultraviolet lighting, and trace evidence. This season, he turns down a promotion to Inspector to stay in the field, tackling complex crimes. In the new season, the stationhouse welcomes Albert Choi (Paul Sun-Hyung, The Mandalorian, Avatar: The Last Airbender, Kim’s Convenience), a respected and good-humored addition to the team.
Episodes will air as follows in June, with 22 in total by the end of the season:
- June 2nd: Episode 17 – “The Death of James Pendrick” – A small airplane carrying deadly chemicals crashes in downtown Toronto, killing the pilot. As Murdoch and
Brackenreid look into the case, they fear a sinister plot linked to James Pendrick.
- June 9th: Episode 18 – “The Incredible Astonishing Adventures of Constable George Crabtree” – Murdoch and Crabtree investigate a recent jailbreak followed by a blast at a bank that left a hole in the wall and an empty vault. An inebriated witness reports seeing a mechanical man with a cannon arm at the heist.
- June 16th: Episode 19 – “Heir of the Dog” – An executor for the estate of late multimillionaire Charles Macdonald is murdered, and his death is staged to look like a dog attack. Murdoch believes the culprits were after the dog, which had been named as Charles' beneficiary.
- June 23rd: Episode 20 – “Going Postal” – Murdoch questions his future after receiving a shocking letter from Julia. Tippy Longfellow discovers a lost piece of mail containing a death threat and convinces Murdoch to investigate, believing it to be a lead to a future crime.
- June 30th: Episode 21 – “The Body Electric” – A new Hydro-Electric Commission substation is lauded by city officials, and Murdoch is pleased about the historic innovation. But when a man mysteriously dies, Murdoch suspects the death is linked to financial impropriety. Guest stars Countess Luann de Lesseps.

Harry Wild, Season 4
Business is booming at the Wild/Reid Detective Agency when Harry (Jane Seymour, The Kominsky Method, Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman) and Fergus (Rohan Nedd, Whitstable Pearl) take on an unexpected new client—Harry’s estranged son, Charlie Wild (Kevin Ryan, Guilt, Copper). Meanwhile, Harry is approached by a friend from her rebellious past who’s now a nun; Lola (Rose O’Neill) uncovers secrets at a local dance school; a Dublin literary tour turns deadly; and Fergus worries his dream of starting college alongside Lola may slip away when she receives an exciting offer to study abroad.
Episodes will air as follows:
- June 2nd: Episode 6, “The Final Chapter” (FINALE) – When a heckler dies during a guided tour, the investigation brings Harry and Fergus into the middle of a literaturethemed murder plot. In America, FBI agents fail to prevent an assassination by Diyu, who plans their next hit at
Vicky's wedding.

Relative Secrets (2025)
What happens when ordinary families discover extraordinary secrets? Award-winning actress Jane Seymour joins archaeologist Natasha Billson to investigate dark family histories—from buried scandals to shocking criminal legacies.
Episodes will air as follows:
- June 2nd: Episodes 1, “A Serial Killer's Kin” – The daughter of a serial killer desperately hopes her family's lineage offers redemption from her father's horrifying crimes. But when Jane and Natasha search for an ancestor, they discover a secret far worse than they could ever imagine.
- June 9th: Episode 2, “A Century of Guilt” – A 99-year-old World War II veteran believes his neglect led to his grandmother's disappearance–or worse, her murder. Hoping to allay his fears, Jane and Natasha dig into the past.
- June 16th: Episode 3, “An Outlaw By Any Name” – A Texas family confronts their scandalous past while seeking the truth about their father, rumored to have been born to a brothel worker. As Jane and Natasha investigate his paternity, they discover the truth might be far closer than it seems.
- June 23rd: Episode 4, “The Mother Who Vanished” (FINALE) – Seventy years ago, a Philadelphia mother vanished, leaving three young children behind. With Jane and Natasha's help, they go in search of answers: Did their mother fake her death, or has she been living under a false identity all along?

Safe House, Season 2 (2015 to 2017)
Former police officer Robert (Christopher Eccleston) and his wife Katy (Marsha Thomason), a teacher, are asked by Robert’s old colleague Mark (Paterson Joseph) to use their remote home as a safe house for a family in hiding. Though hesitant, Robert agrees—only to be pulled into a tense and dangerous pursuit as he works to shield the family from a violent threat closing in.

Art Detectives (2025)
DI Mick Palmer (Stephen Moyer, True Blood) and DC Shazia Malik (Nina Singh, Virdee) work together for the Met's smallest department, Heritage Crime. When cases related to arts, culture, and antiquities arise, they're sent in to investigate – whether it's a dead art historian or a stolen Viking hoard, they use their specialised knowledge to get at the truth.
Episodes will premieres as follows:
- June 9th:
- Episode 1, “Pictures At An Exhibition” – When an art historian is found murdered in his home, DI Mick Palmer and DC Shazia Malik are sent to investigate. As they dig into the case, they uncover a vandalized painting, sabotaged security footage, and a dark family secret.
- Episode 2, “Dead & Buried” – The detectives look into the discovery of a gold Viking hoard stolen from a prehistoric burial chamber. After the site is reopened, they unearth a series of secrets and betrayals leading to a thousand-year-old cover-up.
- June 16th:
- Episode 3, “Warped” – A music producer is battered to death in his studio and his rare rock memorabilia stolen. But when the victim's collection is later found dumped in the river, Mick and Shazia question the killer's motive.
- June 23rd:
- Episode 4, “Noble Rot” – At an exclusive wine tasting, host Raymond Bettane dies from a spiked drink. As the detectives question each of the guests, Mick makes a shocking discovery about Bettane’s vintage wines.
- June 30th:
- Episode 5, “Ice Cold” – An American millionaire who planned to donate his collection of Titanic memorabilia is found dead in his hotel room in Belfast. Discovering that the man was poisoned, Mick and Shazia suspect someone wanted to stop the donation.
Made in Italy (2020)
A grieving father takes his son to Tuscany to renovate his late wife’s crumbling villa, where long-standing tensions begin to surface. Starring Liam Neeson and his real-life son Micheál Richardson.
