Bridgerton

Last season to premiere: Season 4 — Netflix (worldwide), Part 1: January 29, 2026; Part 2: February 26, 2026
US streaming: Netflix, same dates (global simultaneous release)
Next: Seasons 5 AND 6 both renewed (May 2025). Season 5 (Francesca & Michaela’s story) releases in 2027 — production began March 2026, the fastest turnaround in the show's history

Call the Midwife

Last season to premiere: Series 15 — BBC One (UK), from January 2026 (following the two-part Hong Kong/Poplar Christmas special, Dec 2025)
US streaming: PBS — Passport streaming from February 20, 2026; broadcast run March 22 – May 10, 2026 (now complete)
Next: Series 16 renewed (May 2025). Plus the universe is expanding: a WWII-set prequel series is coming to the BBC, and a Call the Midwife feature film set overseas in 1972 is in production

C.B. Strike (UK title: “Strike”)

Last season to premiere: “The Ink Black Heart” (6th story) — BBC One (UK), December 2024
US streaming: HBO Max, January 23, 2025
Next: “The Running Grave” (7th story) confirmed — filming began September 1, 2025; expect late 2026/2027 on BBC and HBO Max. (Book 8, “The Hallmarked Man,” published 2025, not yet greenlit for TV). Rowling herself has stated she expects to write two more books, the next of which will be called Sleep Tight, Evangeline (expected in 2027, probably autumn like the previous entries in the series).

The Chelsea Detective
