Interested in guest posting or writing for BritishTV.com? Details are below, and you can email us at stefanie@iheartbritishtv.com with questions, submissions, or introductions.
If your post is about British travel, culture, or history instead of TV/film, it may be appropriate for our sister site, IHeartBritain.com. You can also direct those to stefanie@iheartbritishtv.com.
Become a Regular (or Sporadic) Contributor
If you'd like to contribute more than once and also be eligible for paid blogging opportunities, we can create an account for you here on site. We do not guarantee payment or acceptance of posts written “on spec” (posts we haven't requested in advance), but we do commission some posts with set payment based on length (typically $25-50 and 800-2000 words).
Regular contributors receive:
- A profile set up on site that includes your photo and short bio
- A link back to your site
- Extensive social media promotion of the post(s) you've written
- Inclusion on our “About” page once 10 or more of your posts have been published on site
We reserve the right to decline submitted posts for any reason (though commissioned posts will still be compensated if we opt not to use them), and to make changes for content/grammar/structure/links as needed. We'll add photos at time of publication.
Guest Blogging Opportunities at BritishTV.com
If you'd like to submit a post related to British TV or film, we're happy to consider it for publication on the site. Posts should be no shorter than 800 words and no longer than 3000. While we do not offer compensation for guest posts, we do offer the following:
- Inclusion of your photo and short bio
- A link back to your site
- Extensive social media promotion of the post you've written
In order to qualify, posts must be original content not published anywhere else. We do accept submissions from studios or PR companies, but they must not be written in a way that makes them sound like ad copy – and of course, they must be original (not a copy/pasted press release).
We reserve the right to decline posts for any reason, and to make changes for content/grammar/structure/links as needed. We'll add photos at time of publication, but if you represent a media or entertainment company and you have original images to contribute, we will most likely use them.
